"I hate to do this, but the professionalism of this company is disgusting. An insured with them hit me last week and a police report was filed. He slammed into us in a parking lot; Luckily, I have photos of how he hit us and videos from the situation where they admitted fault. My insurance informed me to try and work it out with this company due to the evidence of it being their insured fault. I’ve called this company multiple times and have only gotten through once to a crude woman that hung up when I was only asking on how to proceed. I waited a few days in between the calls for them to get it together and have only been ignored, including voicemails. I now will have to get my insurance involved due to Wasatch’s lack of professionalism, avoiding a situation does not solve it."
