"Went in for a blow out. Came out looking ridiculous. Girl definitely did not know what she was doing. They also overcharged me by $35. I’ve called and talked to management who refuse to refund me so I paid $108 to look like an idiot. Save your money and go to a real salon. Terrible hair service. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. . I definitely disputing the $35 and getting my money back one way or another since they do not refund when they over charge. Beware. Watch your credit card bill"

"I made an appointment the day before the app which was within the 72hour notice rule. I made the app. for a blowout because 2 days before I broke my ankle. The morning of my app I had a compound fracture on my toe. I called the salon from the ER hospital tell them what had happened. Which they didn’t care nor were they willing to work with me. They charged me for the app while I was in the hospital. I hope everyone sees this post to realize the non compassion they have for clients"

"My stylist was very nice on time but my hair did not hold up at all it was completely flat by the time I got home. My daughter also had hers done and her hair was still in this morning 3 days later. I feel like I could’ve done the same job at home. Very disappointing for the price and experience."

"I was very motivated to write this review as I have never, ever had an experience in a beauty salon quite like this one. When I walked in, I was immediately and kindly greeted by every employee in there. The owner is absolutely on top of her game and provides excellent, bar none customer service. I moved to OK last year and I don't have any friends yet. It was the most amazing feeling to not feel like a "client" and to feel like a friend. That is exactly what they provided for me. They were genuine and made me feel very special. The cleanliness is incredible and especially during this time, you want to feel secure. I had my makeup done, waxing and my hair done for my wedding anniversary. They are affordable and the quality for the price is unbeatable. I am not much of a review writer, but excellent customer service and excellent experiences deserve a shoutout. I would encourage every one young and old to go here.... and don't delay. If you want to feel your best, this is it."

"Lush Blow-Dry bar helped make my special day perfect! My sister and myself got our hair done on the day of my wedding. I didn’t mention it was my wedding because I didn’t want them to try to hard or think I wanted anything too crazy! I wish I could remember who did my hair, I know she was a manager, and she was so funny, kind, and did EXACTLY what I asked. It held all day and night, as did my sisters. I will most certainly be returning when I need my hair done for another special occasion!"
