"I went for a hair wash and haircut. I asked for a layer cut. But I didn’t see any layers in my cut. Later asked for a blow dry. He mentioned it’s 30$ for blow dry. He was very rude. I don’t recommend this location for haircuts."
"She missed a bunch of my hair. I had long hairs all over my head and had to have my wife fix it. Will not be going again. Wish I didn’t give a tip or even go in the first place. She was super unfriendly and literally sat me in the chair for 5 min. Does not take pride in her work ."
"Eric was very friendly and did an amazing job with my hair."
"When I moved to Edmond a couple of years ago, I decided to use the SuperCuts on 2nd Street to get my eyebrows waxed. The ladies and gentlemen that have done my eyebrows in the past have always done an excellent job. This evening on August 2, 2023, I decided to swing into the SuperCuts because I was really needing my eyebrows waxed again. It had been a while and they were starting to appear like fuzzy caterpillars. I noticed the hours had changed to where the store closes at 6:00PM now. I figured that was due to short-staffing. I walked in about 5:45PM and saw a woman with short blonde hair, brown highlights, and a pink top finishing up on a child’s haircut. There was a family in front of me, and I was honestly not sure if they had already gotten their hair cut. The mother of the children (I am assuming she was their mother) was gathering her purse and I assumed the stylist was finishing up on the last child. I sat down in the lobby and a couple of minutes later, a man and a child walk in. The stylist asked “Are you all wanting hair cuts?” I raised my hand and said, “I am just needing my eyebrows waxed.” The lady smiles and says “Yeah, sorry. Our wax machine is off…” I think the mother of the children looked at the stylist a little crazy as well, because the stylist shrugged and said “I mean, it’s been off all day!” I am not sure if the stylist is the manager. I am not sure if she was filling in for someone else who may have called out. I am not sure if she had the worst day possible and just wanted to go home. I get it. Having last minute people can really irk. However, I had a hard time believing that the wax machine had been off “all day” on Waxing Wednesdays. I am sure the stylist simply wanted to get rid of customers. I am not an unreasonable person. If the stylist had stated, “I am sorry, but I have just turned our wax machine off for the evening. Is there a time I could schedule you? Or are you willing to come another evening?” I would have obliged. The way the stylist said it. The awkward tone in her voice to surpass the lie did not go over well. The smirk. The lack of communication/customer service to reach out and extend invitation to come back at a later date. I was willing to tip the stylist twice as much for staying late, because being a stylist is hard and an under-appreciated career for many. I merely said, “Okay” and walked out of the lobby. There was no need to question further when we can take business elsewhere."
"We don’t expect much with it being a Supercuts and all. But I thought for sure they could handle a simple boys haircut. We have given them multiple chances by the same hairdressers and they just can’t seem to get it. We will show a picture and short lady up front with blonde hair always argues saying well you’re not gonna do much without a bunch of products. Like ma’am it’s a basic haircut. Shorten the side and shape the top a little and not much length. I do this at Home. Instead - we leave with left side of head on forehead a whole inch shorter than the right side. Okay. I’m done. I’m just highly disappointed. This woman seems to have some sort of leadership or acts like it. But also has a poor attitude. We are just done. Won’t go back. Paid $48 for 2 boys haircuts today that were seriously AWFUL."
