"Called ahead to see if they had time for mani & pedi’s, a guy answered said yes so when I get there they rushed thru everything you couldn’t even enjoy the pedicures. I asked for a manicure as well as an acrylic long almond shape set. I showed him a picture & I ended up with a egg shaped short nails he couldn’t even design so I changed them to regular gel color and he still messed them up refused to fix them & suggested I fix my own nails with his equipment. Super unprofessional & bad customer service."

"When I came in, I asked for regular polish because I had gel on and was wanting to air out my nail bed, but the man who did my manicure (I believe Michael?) asked if I wanted gel because they’d dry faster. I figured he was just trying to upsell and I didn’t really care, so I said sure. Then I showed a picture that I wanted of ombré French tips, and he said I couldn’t do that on a natural nail and would have to get acrylics, which I know isn’t true, so I told him that we could do regular French tips. He spent a lot of the appointment on his phone, which I really wouldn’t care about if the nails had turned out well. Here are the gel French tips when I got home. The white polish isn’t very clear at all, has spots where it’s dingy, and bubbles. This was $40."

"Teresa is the best!! She did a magnificent job on my nails. It was my first set after getting engaged and she took amazing care of my nails, and eye brows! She also gave my fiancé a pedicure with matching colors and fixed his gross heels. We’re both so happy!! Teresa does a wonderful job!!"

"I had the absolute worst experience here. I show the nail tech the design I want and he says okay. I asked him a good 10 times to fix or change something because it wasn’t looking anything like the picture. He got visibly irritated with me. I went through 3 different nail techs. None of them could do it. None of them told me that they could not do it. None of them asked me to find something different. I ask the woman I was with to stop and take off the nail polish because I was done. She proceeds to keep trying. I again ask for them to take off the nails and that I was going to go somewhere else. Another man came over and tried. They were extremely rough. My fingers are red and sore. I ended up again telling them to stop and that I was not going to be paying. One of them laughed in my face. I am now leaving with unfinished nails that I paid for. They told me after all of this that they never knew how to do the nails on the first place. My friend is currently doing her own nails as the nail tech watches her."

"Teresa is the BEST! You have to go see her! She did my eyebrows and a gel pedicure, as well as a full set of dip nails! I am so impressed with her. She was so kind to me and had a great sense of humor. 10/10 will be back in Teresa’s chair!"
