"The lead pharmacist in charge cares more about having no one waiting verses caring for the customer in front of her. I was trying to get a new RX and the employee caring for me literally was trying to get the billing correct for me, when the Pharmacist in charges tells her, "just tell him you can't do it because there are other people waiting." Two other waiting for less than a minute. I could see her and hear her. That's just poor customer service and not the attitude a health care professional should have. So I'm told I can't get the RX, when I was just on the phone with our Dr who says I should be able to get it with this new paperwork. So I leave and then CVS calls once I get home to tell me they figured out how to run the new RX. I have lost respect for this lady who obviously doesn't care for the one."
