"I have been going here for 25 years and have spent a lot of money. Permanent hair removal takes time persistence and is not cheap I have lived all over the country and there is no one better than Catherine and Tina. They are kind, professional, educated, they are the best. I always travel to okc. If I am getting a medical procedure I expect clean, professional, and results. I cannot say enough positive things. They are kind to everyone. Super people. Be patient. Let them educate on the hair growth life cycle. As I have aged I have hair popping up in different areas. I make an appointment and go see them. I was grateful that they had appointment availability and relative flexibility in their schedules. Electrolysis is not cheap, but it has been worth every penny."

"Not impressed with my results after paying for multiple sessions. The girl that treated me was unprofessional as well. She would insert the wires with bare hands, no gloves then sit there on her phone while the machine does it’s thing then put her phone down and proceed to touch all over my face after handling her dirty phone with presumably dirty hands. I can only assume her hands aren’t clean due to the fact that I would never see her wash them then coming in and being on your phone then touching all over my face?? Make it make sense!! The dirty phone part is off putting enough but on a professional level being on your phone scrolling Facebook during a procedure of any kind is just completely unacceptable. Imagine being at the dentist and while they are waiting for you to get numb they get on their phone and are scrolling tik tok or while your at the eye doctor they’re on Pinterest saving recipes while waiting on your pupils to dilate. That’d be pretty weird right? So why is it ok here?"
