"I visited Shelby Montana one time. For one, she did not order my hair in time and made me drive to another salon to buy hair since the one I originally picked wouldn’t come in time. For two, she tried to scam me and charge my card over and over and when it wouldn’t go through (due to me losing my card 2 months prior) she texted me asking to send her money… 3 months after I had already recieved services & paid. She is beyond unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend even a dog to get their hair done by her. My hair was choppy, poorly sewn & did not blend naturally with my real hair. Worst service ever. Do not trust her or anyone she’s affiliated with."
