"I am amending the review posted below as Jennifer took the time to reach out to me to find out exactly what had occurred, why I had left unhappy and she was willing and able to work with me towards finding a solution. I greatly appreciate how genuine and kind she was and I am very grateful for her taking the time to reach out and apologize and work with me to resolve the problem. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Jennifer! I recently came to this salon for the first time to get a haircut, I just needed my length trimmed and my bangs trimmed. I didn’t need anything crazy. The girl who cut my hair was unfriendly and despite my trying to be pleasant and trying to have a conversation, the entire process was done in almost complete silence and felt incredibly awkward. I had requested about 2 inches be taken off of my length and curtain style bangs. After washing my hair and taking me to her chair where I sat in silence the majority of the time, she began cutting my hair. She finished, rushed the drying process and sent me on my way. As the whole interaction was rather uncomfortable, I was more than happy to go. I clipped my hair up and picked up my daughter and went home. Upon getting home and taking my hair down, I realized that she had cut much much more off of my length than I had requested, which was frustrating but not as big of a deal as what had been done to my bangs. My bangs were cut bluntly across my forehead, shorter in the middle like curtain bangs but cut so straight across that when I separate them or style them in any way, they curve inwards and make it look like I have a boys bowl cut. They are horrendous. I did not write this review right away as I was hopeful maybe I could try to find literally any way to style them that would not make me look like an idiot but it has been about 2 weeks and every single day of those 2 weeks have been spent stressing and trying numerous styling tricks and tactics, trying to find a way to fix the appearance of what was done to my hair. I’m not usually a review writer but for as much stress and embarrassment as this haircut has caused me, I can’t not say something. Had the stylist been even remotely friendly or had asked questions about what I was asking for or at the very least asked “hey, so are we cutting this much off?” or “so for the bangs, where would you like them to fall length wise?” Etc, maybe this could have been avoided. But I’m here, dealing with nightmare bangs that again, have caused alot of stress and have taken away from my overall confidence and it looks like I’m stuck here for the foreseeable future. This will be the last time I go somewhere new for hair. Thanks."

"Never been the type to leave a bad review but I feel it’s deserved. I went in for highlights and the job felt very rushed. I gave her the benefit out the doubt thinking maybe she was just quick? After my hair was washed I was told she didn’t have time to dry or style my hair. I was confused, but tried to be understanding. I was a little frustrated walking out with wet hair and not even knowing what it would look like. I got to my car and checked the time I had booked for the appt and realized she had me leave an hour & 15 minutes before the allotted time was over so she definitely had time. When I got home and my hair finally dried I was able to see that it definitely showed it was rushed. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this salon."
