Even though I walked in about 2 minutes before they closed they were pleasant, and eager to help, they didn't rush me, they didn't rush my haircut either. They were friendly energetic understanding happy smiling all around good energy. I will definitely be going there again and recommending that specific store."

"I did not like it at all. First I went in asking for a trim and I got suck with a lady who did not speak English.. I couldn't understand what she was asking. she said '' You want bang?'' I said ''No'' she said "Okay you want bang?'' I just said no! I had to raise my finger up and wave it for her to understand I didn't want bangs. I ask for a short haircut and she said " Okay".. I'm not light headed at all but when I tell you this lady was banning that brush on my head I'm telling you she did. she was very rough and mean. When she took the first snip of my hair she ask "is this good?'' . I said a ''little more please." she didn't listen and just kept doing the same amount. My hair look the same you can barely notice I got my hair cut. I'm so mad."

"The check in service makes this place very convenient. I had one bad experience here where my haircut got messed up and they ended up giving me the cut for free and half off my next visit. This isn't a professional hair salon, but the prices are fair and the staff is generally pretty friendly. As long as you are specific about what you want you usually get a good cut."

"My husband been going for years and they've been good. My grandfather passed on the 28th and I went in for the "big chop" because I'm Native American and they did exactly what I asked and even kept the hair like I wanted. But, I went back today (7/1) and had a different lady, I showed her a picture and told her I wanted it thinned and maybe layered. I EVEN SHOWED HER 3 PICTURES. She cut more off than I wanted before thinning it and gave me shorter layers and BANGS... This place is only good for men, children, and old people...."
