"I have had an easy time getting to talk to a human and a very nice human at that. I just got off the phone after talking for 3 hours with a company that had me talking with robots to no avail. The problem I had was with my roof. Allstate had one of their inspectors check out the roof and determine that I did not have a problem and I would not have to come up with a lot of money to fix it, I had the roof sprayed with that new treatment we have been seeing on tv and it apparently works as some of my neighbors have had their roofs damaged.
