Espada Immigration Law is a legal institution located at 562 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah, United States. We specialize in providing legal representation for individuals in immigration court and before the USCIS. Our focus is on providing high-quality legal services with a deep sense of compassion, ethics, and professional commitment to each client we serve.

As an immigration lawyer, I am dedicated to serving the needs of our Latino brothers and sisters, with a special emphasis on citizens of Venezuela and Nicaragua seeking protection in the United States. I stay up-to-date on federal immigration laws and administrative processes to strengthen my professional capabilities and passion for serving my clients in every case.

I am licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico since 1990, and authorized to represent clients in immigration processes in all 50 states of the United States and Puerto Rico. I am registered with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) of the Federal Department of Justice and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) at the national level.

With over 30 years of professional experience, I have the tools and expertise to serve clients from different countries, cultures, ages, and needs. My passion for serving others has been a driving force in both my personal and professional life.

At Espada Immigration Law, we provide counseling, advice, and legal representation in immigration matters with a focus on ethical, personalized, confidential, and highly professional services. We also offer education in immigration law to support the professional development of lawyers and other professionals.

Our services include assistance with humanitarian visas, work visas, residency, and other immigration services, all delivered with up-to-date knowledge, flexible and innovative services to become a preferred legal office for the foreign population, especially the Hispanic community.

We offer flexible scheduling, virtual meetings, and a professional and ethical relationship with our clients while maintaining confidentiality. We also provide continuous education courses for lawyers and professionals interested in legal topics.

Our services cover preparation for immigration court hearings, asylum applications, visa eligibility assessments, family petition advice, adjustment of status for permanent residency, citizenship process guidance, and preparation for USCIS interviews.
