"Decided to cancel my policy because I found a better rate elsewhere. I found the associate who was “helping” me cancel my policy quite arrogant and unprofessional. After telling him why I was leaving, he responded with “see you in 6 months after your new policy doubles.” lol thanks Chad, any possibility of me returning to Allstate has now decreased to 0."

When moving to another state…they called my new Allstate office when the new office didn’t offer a transfer (as opposed to a new policy) to get that figured out and keep my history & discounts. Always went above & beyond!"
