"Posted an earlier review with a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the district manager, addressing my concerns. After a great chat, and knowing the problem is being addressed, I will gladly return to EZ Pawn and give them another try. Thank you for contacting me, it really speaks volumes for the company. Update: Went back after being told the store was cleaned up and promised it would be better. Out of the 4 employees in there, we were not greeted once. Walked around the tvs ( looking around for one for my dad) and very disappointed in the state of the tvs and the price. Dust covered almost all of them or dirty tape residue. The prices are ridiculous for used tvs $70 and Walmart sells the same one brand new for $88. I gave them another try and was still disappointed. Just not the pawn shop for us. I will note that it didn't seem cleaner just less stuff so it didn't look cramped."
