"Come here often and I have to say I’m beyond disappointed recently. The online check in is literally pointless. I live 30 mins from the store. The last few visits I got on the list and by the time I arrived, 30 mins later, I was removed from the list. Today I get on the list. It says I’m first in line. I check again right before I get there and it says I’m 2nd in line….i get in store and they bumped me because someone else was in the store first. We were both waiting so there’s no reason why I should be bumped. The whole point of online check in is to get in line before getting to the store. With the recent issues I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Wasted my time and had to skip because I don’t have time to sit in a line behind 2 others before I get to where I’m going."

"Went there a few months ago for the first time. For a trim, and to get bangs. I discussed in depth, my desire to not cut off more of my hair than necessary because I was trying to grow it back out. Was assured it wasn't a problem. To my horror, I watched as she took off a few inches all around. She (maria) stopped midway through to ask how I liked my hair. I expressed my dismay that she cut off so much but in a nice way as the hair was still decent looking. She responded by cutting off more. I had to hold back tears as she kept chopping. I got home and my bangs weren't even, my hair was at my jawline. I was upset enough to call and complain. I expressely stated i didn't want a refund, I just felt they should know what happened. Manager offered me a free haircut and told me she put it in "my account." Fastforward to today. I go in for my free haircut. They can't find "my account." Not under my phone number or my name. Ok. No biggie. I don't need a free haircut. I go in to get 1/2 an inch off and to get my bangs trimmed and fixed. I had about an inch and a half of growth to cut off from my bangs as I hadn't been sure I was going to keep them. First of all, ended up waiting way longer than I should have because they had two stylists doing one elderly ladies hair. Okay. Hey we all have to learn new techniques. But... Once again, they cut off more than I asked for, but this time it was only 1 inch. And Once again my bangs aren't straight. Several pieces that are an inch or more longer...almost like they didn't get cut at all? I asked for a heat protectant to use with my blowdryer/straightener combo brush.. She picks out a thermal protecting hairspray that is only to be used on dry hair. Never going back."
