"They act incredibly annoyed when you come to pick up meds, I understand we came straight from the Dr but my son needed his meds it shouldn't take an hour to get eye drops off the shelf. If it was busy I would understand but I was the inky person at the counter."

"This pharmacy is a joke!!! After calling around to source medication for my son, this location confirmed (over the phone) they could fulfill the script. I had the pediatrician send it over and confirmed that it had been received sometime around 9:30 this morning. I was told the script would be ready at 6:15pm. Famiy dinner ran long, so we didn't arrive until 7pm to pick up the script. When we finally made it through the drive through line, we were informed they had not yet filled the prescription and that we would need to come back at 10pm. I’m beyond irritated. My son is out of his medication and must take it in the morning. I know this medication is hard to come by, which is why have been calling around town to source it. They confirmed the could fill the script and that it would be ready for pickup. I will be removing this pharmacy from my list of pharmacies to try when needing to source this med. They are the only 24 hour pharmacy in my area, but I’m willing to drive to any other pharmacy for my meds at this point. This is not our first issue with them, but it will certainly be our last."

"People/Workers are nice here. Shawn is always kind. However, the pharmacy is a disaster. Always short handed and have to wait forever. Got my flu/covid shots today had to wait an hour and I never got my coupons of $10 for getting the shots. I didn't want to wait another hour in line to ask about it. They never asked for my phone number for my rewards. The pharmacy is so organized but have to go here for my insurance coz its close."

"I have have to jump through so many hoops every single month just to get basic monthly prescriptions. Pharmacy constantly cancels prescriptions for no reason so I am left to figure out with my doctors office because I can never get through on the phone. I finally gave up after the second prescription cancellation in the same week after already going back and forth with my doctor. It was easier for me to drive up to the pharmacy and get my questions answered than wait on hold for an hour just to be hung up on. Needless to say, I’m switching everything over to a different pharmacy! Save your time."
