LOTUS NAIL

"I would not recommend this place. The first time I went there, they ruined my nails. It was late and they said they couldn't fix them because they were closing. The owner told me to come back and next time would be free. I hesitantly went back. The nails were still unsatisfactory 2 came off within a day. And on top of that they charged me...I asked for the owner and she said that I had to pay as if she hadn't asked me back to make it right. I told her that I would never come back and never recommend. When you are not happy, they don't care...terrible customer service. If you want to be treated right I would go to Diamond Nail Lounge next to Dominoes!"

"I had such a great experience at Lotus nails… their customer service is awesome….They are so nice and friendly. I love my nails and the pedicure oh my god don’t even get me started was great so relaxing and they were so nice to my daughter. She just got her nails painted. I will definitely be going back definitely."

"I absolutely recommend Tim if your want your nails done ! Sweet man made sure with each step I liked how my nails were ! They also have no problem fixing somthing if your not happy with on your nails ! They are a little rough but i’m a crybaby so 50/50. Wish the manager Mike would have let Tim finish the nails, Mike did take over for the design and didn’t ask me, when I really wanted Tim to continue. Other then that love the place"

"If I could leave them no stars I would. First when I was there getting my nails done on 2/12 they were rude to me. Exactly a week later I had to go back to get them to fix 2 nails that started to raise up then 2 days later those same nails that they “fixed” popped off. So $65 wasted pretty much"

"I came here because my regular nail salon was randomly closed. I asked for dip manicure and the nail tech painted on the dip powder with a brush, which I had never had done before. She also only painted one layer on and I was charged over $50! 2 weeks later, I went back to my normal nail salon and we could not get whatever they put on my nails off! It’s stained onto my nail, and I’ve had black polish before and haven’t ever experienced this! No matter what we tried we could not get it off! The other picture is from 6 weeks later, I still have stained nails, awful!!!"
