"I took my autistic son to get a haircut and told her that he moved a little and she said something about being unsafe that if he moved she would literally stop in the middle of the haircut and that’s how he would have to be????? Really I think you are discriminating against autistic people She didn’t have the time or the patient deal with my son and then I took him to Walmart and the lady over. There also told me about multiple people coming to her from that place did the same thing to them"

"Ii signed in on the app but when I showed up they refused to cut my hair unless I gave them my address. They had my phone number. Why would they need to have my address unless they are selling everyone's information. Information. Absurd..."

"Very nice people but I asked for long bangs and she pulled my hair down and then cut which resulted in very short bangs, she giggled and told me that I'm just gonna have to mess with it to look decent. My hair is very uneven. I wouldn't be so upset if she would have apologized and done something to make up for it but she chose to be unprofessional about it. Never had an issue with Great Clips till today and I will not be going back."

"This review is for the employee named Alex. He cut my oldest daughters hair. She just wanted a very short trim. He ended up cutting over 4 inches of hair off. She was upset about that but the main issue was it was very uneven and choppy. He told her after the cut he was a barber and didn’t usually cut women’s hair. This was after he had already cut her hair. He said in barber school they asked if he wanted to learn to cut women’s hair and he declined and said he would never cut women’s hair so he didn’t need it."
