"I got my lashes done and they started falling out the next day. I message the girl asking her to fix them as it was her screw up. She tried pushing me out after giving me a botched job in beginning. In stead of being professional and offering to fix them right away she instead tries to out me out to a day that is not convenient for me. Hello I wanted to reach out because I had scheduled a mini fill with you on Wednesday. I came in last Tuesday and had gotten a full hybrid volume set. I lost a lot of lashes the day of and the following day. hmmm. i never have issues with people losing so many so fast. idk what’s going on. okay we’re going to have to reschedule if you have lost a lot i won’t have time to fix them completely in 30 mins. when are you available? there’s no way i can do them tomorrow or wednesday i only have a 30 minute gap. i’m so sorry i’m super busy with it being spring break. the only opening i have this week is friday at 11am I'm only off Tuesdays and Wednesdays I really need to get in. Can you not reschedule someone else. I thinks it's messed up I paid for a service and have botched lashes. lol no ma’am. i cannot move someone else they book their appointments weeks in advance with me. you should have messaged me the day they started falling out to let me know & maybe i could have figured something out. please do not disrespect me & say you have botched lashes because i can assure you my work is very professional. than you Like you really screwed my stuff up and took my money"
