"Poor hygiene for employees working here. No alcohol, didn't use sanitizer or washed hands before touching me and her hands smells like cigarrette with a mixture of dried urine. I didnt mind that they did a bad job on eyebrows but ya'll can get an infection in this establishment! Ya'll need to teach your employees to be sanitary before opening a service based business. I do not recommend or would give another chance to this salon."

"If I could put 0 stars I would. I explained what I wanted and I've never even had what I'd call a bad haircut. I'm easy to please. This was not the case this time. She cut so much off my hair, and it looked horrible. She point cut it and would blunt cut at random. Its the worst haircut ever so I fixed it myself. I'm a cosmetologist as well. The manager told me she couldn't refund my money bc I'd already cut on it so she couldn't see the haircut the lady gave me. I would have had to wear that hair cut for 3 days and I couldn't stand it. I hate my hair and still want a refund but I can't get ahold of anyone higher up than their store manager. My hair was down to my ears and I had the sides and back a lot longer. This is what I ended up with after fixing her chop job."

"I went on 9/26/2022. After checking in, I was helped immediately and sat down in the chair. There was no one there except for Evelyn. She asked how I wanted my hair cut and in the end my hair was uneven and felt not right. Evelyn did not ask where I normally part my hair and I caught her cutting my hair at an odd right side part. I had finally ask her to part it in the center. As a result of her error, my hair is now uneven, basically butchered and have to go to another place to have my hair corrected or fixed. Also Evelyn gave me more layers than I wanted. Also, I felt rushed because another customer wanted a hair cut while I was getting my hair cut! I am unhappy with my hair."

"My daughter and I went here on a Sunday, as I was desperate to get my hair cut. The lady did a great job on my daughter's hair, mine on the other hand felt really rushed. And unfortunately it came out with lots of spots she missed. There's nothing like having your hair kind of shaved in the side...and having long patches of hair that someone else has to fix for me now. Probably wouldn't go here again unless it's a real emergency. Also noted that no one who was working were wearing masks and didn't actually see any sanitizing or hand washing going on."
