"When our heater went out. We were recommended to call Americare Heat & Air. Tanner came out same afternoon and diagnosed the problem, went and got the part needed fast. Shortly after him retrieving the part we had heat again. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. Fast, Friendly and Efficient!!!!"

"I hate to leave a negative review but it really has just been such a nightmare to even get ahold of this company. They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in 2020. In February of 2023 our furnace stopped working. They came out several times to repair it but couldn’t get it fixed. Tanner told us it would probably have to be replaced under warranty…and then we never heard from them again. We can’t get ahold of them by phone or email. At this point we don’t really care if it’s repaired of replaced as long as it’s working but we can’t even get in touch for them to come back and look at it and it’s still not working. Additionally, in February 2023 we paid for their service plan and set an appointment for them to come check our AC in the spring. They never showed up for that appointment, never called to reschedule, and haven’t called to set an appointment to check our furnace (which still isn’t working) ahead of winter. We are beyond frustrated and just can’t recommend enough that you try another company."

"My home air conditioner went out the day before Labor Day 2023, and the guys from Americare were able to come out on Labor Day at 10:30am and had my AC fixed by noon. They can often keep even old ac units like mine (built in 1984) going for years to come. When other companies just try to upsell you to a full new system, these guys were able to find the issue and fix it for only a couple hundred bucks. - Isaac in Norman, OK."

"We called Ken @ 10pm when we realized we weren't getting any cooling from our AC. He would have come out right away, but had a flat on his service truck. We actually hadn't expected anyone to be able to come until the next day, and he came first thing the next morning. Friendly, professional, had us up and running in half an hour. His rate & parts were very reasonable. He shared some advice regarding filters and where to get them for a good price. Couldn't have been more pleased. I'd highly recommend him."
