"Called the number listed, got the voice-mail. The voice-mail said to text... so I did. I was just inquiring about a simple wash and style no updo or anything fancy. Just the regular and it was after 5 pm. 5:02 pm to be exact before I received a message back stating she was booked all week. I hope it does not have walk ins welcome anywhere on her store front because it's a BOLD FACED LIE, if she does. I spend a lot of money on my hair. Coloring it every 4-6 weeks and just getting it shampooed and styled in between. I'm new to the area and I could care less if she is the best... With the customer service skills of a teenager that blatantly ignores every request until its past time to be able to get anything done. I Will not be surprised to see this business fail. And fail hard. Everyone knows that a hair stylist can't make money without clientele and I will personally recommend against this business every time someone asks me where to go for hair in Gainesville Don't ask Holly! Inconsiderate of other ppls time."
