"John is such an asset. His knowledge of proper boot fitting really helps! He was also so great with my kids who aren't as experienced with skiing. He even took the time to give them some skiing tips and it really meant a lot. He recommended some great places to go eat. Also, he told us the best ways to get to the resort to save time, especially with kids. Wonderful customer service! He mentioned his mom ran a daycare all his life in his home and it shows as he worked so well with my kids when ski boots can be difficult. With all that, he had us all set up fast even while working working alone! Great experience! Thank you!"
