"They were ok in the beginning, helped me out of a few jams which I appreciate. Then my account was closed by Collections with a pending Social Security deposit the next day and was charged $20 reinstatement fee. After checking my account on the18th the reinstatement fee was returned. There are still a few issues to resolve. It seems they really don't work with you. The Collection Department screwed my account totally and won't do anything to rectify the situation. If the reinstatement fee was credited, why isn't the rest of my account? Called Customer Service and Collections told them there's nothing they can do...but I can, find a new bank!"
