"Absolute worst online banking experience I have ever been through. I financed a car through your FSCU and I continue to have to jump through hoops in order to set up a checking account. I just want to make a car payment and yall seem to not want money. Your mobile app is just as terrible. How is it the year 2024 and you can’t figure out how to link an external bank account for payments through mobile banking. Customer service puts you on hold every single time you call and then they disconnect most likely due to being located in Lawton, OK and supplying their work from home associates with minimal resources in order to cut costs. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY 32 YEARS ON THIS PLANET."

"The branch on fort sill is awesome, the one on 67th needs help and to do better, Saturdays lobby closed, drive thru is at least 30 cars waiting, I missed an appointment waiting because the machines outside do take cash.. I'm changing banks ASAP... Navy Federal here I come.."
