"I brought a load of steel down to Hjorth Brothers in Mapleton, where we saw what had happened. Fried a rear wheel bearing and hub without feeling/seeing/hearing anything. Called all over the place. Repair shops had no parts. Parts shops didn't do repair. After a half hour of calling the wrong people, I called Frontier. Told the man on the phone that I was hoping to get back on the road to SLC as soon as I could. "Oh yeah, we can help ya." So I 3-wheeled the trailer 10 minutes to these guys. Pulled up, told the guys about my phone call. Didn't seem to matter much, they just got right to it. I mean they actually dropped what they were doing, and took care of the situation. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Bearing, hub, and backing plate/brakes! Didn't even charge any kind of emergency service fee, or anything like that. I only wish they were closer to our shop in SLC. Not to mention the super nice horse trailers they make there. I can't tell you how impressed I am with this business."
