"Honestly this was one of the worst places I've been for customer service, at one point there where 4 employees standing there, and only one register going, when there were 3 people in front of us, and one was a return then a special order, we stood there for about 30 min just to check out for 2 items, I usually try to find some kind of good point about the experience but there wasn't one, not a greeting nothing, service I give a 1 store was great employees not so much."

I was pushing a double stroller and not one of them bothered to help me in or out of the double doors. I spent 15 min standing there with screaming kids just to be told the shoes I was exchanging didn’t qualify for the bogo. They couldn’t have told me that 15 min ago? What a joke!!"

It has been the biggest run around and hassle to rectify the situation. They keep treating us like we are at fault when they sent us one shoe..."
