"I was having some issues with my PSA 5.7 recently so I took it in to have the SG team take a look at it. Everyone was really welcoming and easy to talk to! They took the time to explain and update along the wait which was pretty fast for as many projects and other fixes they had ahead of me. After getting it back I took it to the range and ran a few hundred rounds through it with no problems. I definitely 100% recommend this place!!"

"DO NOT COME HERE with any of your firearms, I went in with a Daniel Defense M4A1, Asking to pin and weld a Surefire Muzzle device (4 prong). Took about a week for the turn around which is fine. Go shooting and after a about 30 rounds I notice my muzzle has a bit of wiggle to it. I bring it in and they made it right and fixed it (or so I thought) go to the gun range to re-zero about a week later and only shot about 30 rounds. Cool right? when I get home I try to remove the suppressor and after some fiddling I hear a clink. Surprise. its the pin. I go in and redo it and the guy Made a not so neat weld to " make sure its in". for me not a big deal its a duty rifle not a safe queen. He also stated that its a little tough to do pin and welds as they "Dont have the best welding machine". Fine. I go shooting this last weekend. Was doing speed reload drills. on my tenth round I hear a loud bang. look at my rifle and behold muzzle device was missing as well as the suppressor. Look down range and there it was. I went to pick up the device. luckily no damage to the suppressor. but sadly the threads on my barrel were gone. I decided to request a refund which they wrote a check out for me. I took my rifle to another Gunsmith and he just gave my some disheartening news. My Muzzle device threads and Barrel threads are beyond repair. So now I need a total of $600 plus worth of parts to repair this with buying a new barrel and muzzle device plus the smith work. So I imagine they cut a check out to me due to them not wanting to pay for those parts. MY BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION IS LOOK ELSE WHERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO RISK PAYING MORE AND WASTING MORE OF YOUR VALUABLE TRAINING TIME. EDIT: I feel like it’s fair to update they did send me a new replacement muzzle device and to pay the smithing fee from the other smith I took it to. Although I was not able to obtain a receipt for the smithing fee other than a Venmo I did not get that refund but will not hold that against them."
