"So, I was in the area today with a friend, and she was looking for a few more outfits... And we stopped by here. First off, I was really surprised how friendly the employees work, and it was great to feel welcomed. They had a pretty large selection of things to choose from, and we were both pleasantly surprised how many of the items one sale, and how cheap they were. (Cheap in price, not in quality.) The employees near the fitting rooms, were so helpful, and were great while answering questions, while helping us all feel welcomed. Really though, the prices were a lot lower than I was expecting, and I may make it a point to visit this location quite a bit more in the future"

"With my whole heart I want to be positive about this store. I have shopped here since I was a kid, I've been coming to this location as long as it has been open. However, recently they seem to have gotten rid of their plus-size section. As a bigger girl who still wants to dress like everybody else, this was completely devastating to me. I've gone in twice, forgetting that they don't seem to have my size, and the largest thing I can find is a straight sized L. Both times, I have left feeling so different and ugly and honestly just terrible and it has ruined multiple trips for me. As much as I want to be positive and kind about this store, the average size in the US for women is a 14/16. It's very isolating to not cater to all women. I know that there are options online, but I think that plus size women deserve the same experience of shopping in store as any straight-sized person. We deserve to try things on and feel the material and see what we think before we've committed to the purchase. The store has space for a plus size section and isn't utilizing it."

"Upset I have to even give one star. I was in search of black high heels. I found a pair I loved, but there was only the display shoe, and they didn't actually have any boxes out. I proceeded to take the display shoe upfront to ask if they had any other sizes. When I got to the front of the line, I simply asked, and she had someone check the back. After a bit the red head (that looked like she had come out of the Disney movie Brave) told me they didn't have any but could call another store, then completely ignored me while I stood at the cash wrap for a good 10 minutes. When she finished her line of customers, she left us standing there to go sit on the floor in the front and look through the boxes. I had to find her and ask her to please call another store to find my size. She hesitated and looked annoyed like I was asking the impossible when she just suggested they could do that. She told us to look around the store while she called. We sat there for 30 minutes. She picked up the phone acting like she was calling, and then began doing something else, like sitting on the floor acting she was doing something but was just staring at shoe boxes. SHE STARTED PUTTING SHOES AWAY AFTER 15 MINUTES OF TALKING TO HER COWORKERS. I finally went up to her and told her we were leaving. She told me "sorry no one had them". I'm a store manager, in quiet a big store. This one was tiny to what I'm used to. There were two other workers beside the red head, and I can understand how hard retail is.... But this is no way to treat customers. This was my first time in the store, and will absolutely be my last. Don't display product you DO NOT have, and don't ignore me and not do what you told me you would. Worst customer service I've ever had in person. I would immediately write up that red head if she worked for me."
