Called back to advise regarding issue and was told they couldn't help me. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES if I was approved and was told YES each time. Then was dismissed after telling me I was in fact NOT approved like it was no big deal. Wasted 4 days for nothing. Horrible customer service. One last note my credit was dinged in the process as well. Only gave 1 star because you have to. UPDATE SENT COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE PER BELOW AND NO RESPONSE AS OF 8/18/23."
