"My income is nothing to write home about. I'm disabled & receive a check once a month. At that time, I go into the lobby to do that month's banking. The tellers are always friendly & they know my name before I give them my account number. They never rush me. It's common for banks to cater to clients who have a lot of money. I am very happy with how Prosperity Bank has treated me. I hope that many people have the same experience."

"The bank will not provide any way to redo my password nor will they provide an evening contact number for them. I have also been banking with this bank for several years, had been a customer of the previous bank. I need to know if my deposit was made. They are asking ridiculous questions in regard to bank association, I have valid credentials and they are ignoring those and me. If it was not so difficult to change banks, I most definitely would!!!! Difficult communication and people,"
