"The manager Becky made it a one star. Sam made it a 5 star so meeting in the middle at 3 star. The manager is totally unreliable. Thank goodness for Sam who does way more than she should. Constantly pulling that dumpster fire back from the brink. When she leaves I will be changing it from 3 star to one star. This place isn't worth anything anymore. Stephanie kept my rating at 5. Now it is a 3. Once Sam is gone it will be a 1 star."
"I recently had a distressing experience with Western Finance Loan Company. Sean, an employee, went so far as to leave a voicemail threatening bodily harm. Over a LOANNNN!!! This unprofessional and threatening behavior is deeply concerning. I strongly advise caution when considering services from this company, as their employee's actions raise serious doubts about the company's commitment to ethical and respectful conduct. A police report has been filed!"
