Brought my mountain bike in for a full tune up and they called me to walk through a few issues they found, asked me if I wanted to order parts and/or have them fix the issues and quoted me extremely reasonable pricing for the the parts. Their selection of apparel is limited, but if you’re looking for accessories or tools for your mountain bike, they likely have what you need."

"Good customer service. Have a 2016 Giant Reign. Dropper post wasn't coming back up; they sold me a replacement cartridge they had even though Giant no longer made them. While that cartridge failed 2 months later, they made it right with a steep discount on a new dropper post entirely, while refunding the failed cartridge. I'd recommend them as they stand behind their products and service."

"After visiting their competitor planning to buy and having a disheartening experience I went to visit Go-Ride. It was a refreshing retail experience. I would mention names but I was thoroughly impressed with the way EVERY employee cheerfully and intuitively helped each other. So I’m confident that no matter who you work with, they will be top notch. They were extremely helpful in helping me ask myself the right questions and gave me time and space to come up with the right responses for myself and for them to help me. When couldn’t answer the question in my head, they had tons of awesome inventory in great brand that they were super knowledgeable about. Their passion and expertise shine in every moment, yet they are humble and patient. All of this was the opposite of my experience at a store whose name begins with Salt ____. They took time to properly fit the bike to me and kindly corrected me I got mixed up. If I could hire anyone of their staff members I would in a heartbeat but I wouldn’t want to take away from what they’ve got. Super impressed. Hoping the big brand takeover never touches this store. I’ll go back and send friends whenever I can."
