"I went in to inquire on a damaged zipper the other day. The customer service was phenomenal! The second I walked in the two people working there looked at me, said hi and acknowledged my presence. I wasn’t the only customer there, mind you. I’ll be returning because of the level of respect. It certainly reflects the quality of the products. I wish I could remember the worker’s names but it’s been a few days and the experience stayed with me enough to write this review. Good job you two!"

"This company should be avoided as the products are poor quality. Road Grime on a ski rack caused the shell to have 3 holes and sprout feathers in a 6 month old coat. Warranty is great advertising till you try to use it and then you get uneducated staff with less than 1 year on the job at this firm that likely do not know what a National Park is, telling you "your problem deal with it" "put some tape in it" Spend your hard earned dollars on quality products and at a firm that supports their products. This review is of the product and not the retail location as the staff in the store was helpful."
