We went in and did the free water test and the wonderful employees told us what we need to do on a weekly basis and so far so good. We got our levels perfect and are so grateful for there expertise and affordable products. Thank you so much for helping us make this easier so we can actually enjoy the hot tub!"

"We love the exceptional customer service at Leslie's. The manager knows my husband by name. During COVID we ordered a slide for our pool but they ended up canceling the order because they weren't able to get one in. We decided not to get a slide at that time because the prices everywhere had skyrocketed because of the shortage. A few months later we got a call that our slide was about to be delivered. They would have kept it at the store had we refused it but we were pretty excited that it came in, at a decent price, too. It was a happy accident but ensured that Leslie's would have our loyalty for a long time to come."

"Always a friendly helpful staff that can tell me if products in stock & know exactly where it is. I WILL go out of my way to test my water here- bcuz of course I need supplies! It's a good thing they have rewards(always get a few bucks off!) Always watch for email or paper coupons. They are definitely *WORTH IT*!!"

It has been a learning curve and we couldn't have done it without her help. Always so patient and takes the time to educate you. Even looked up the online price of something we needed and gave us that price in the store."
