I called inquiring on a very specific item for my daughter and Bailey took the time to check in the back for the size I was searching for and as luck would have it, she had one pair left! "SCAM ALERT - went to the register to buy a $45 backpack, they asked me for an email address/phone number - I told them we don't give out that information and then he rang me up - total was $53 and change. Took 2 steps to leave while looking at the receipt - turns out they charged me $50 instead of $45. I brought it back to the counter, associate agrees with me, brings in the manager, he says - oh, they changed the price last month and didn't send us new stickers. So, I said - sounds like a scam, give me my money back. He says - store policy, we can't, unless we have your email address/phone number. In the end - had to give him an email/phone anyways to get my money back - SCAM!"
"Waited and waited to be helped thinking I’m beating the back to school rush. I only encountered sales ppl catering to their own friends then helping actual customers. Very disappointed. Only one sales girl seemed to try and help everyone else while these other girls socialized. I thanked her in person and hope this company compensates her for all her effort in keeping customers happy and satisfied. Please continue to coach those other girls. They definitely need it!"
