"Josh went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my tubeless set up. I was hoping to just get some advice. Not only did he have knowledgeable answers to my questions, but he went the extra mile and re-taped my rim, and cleaned out my old sealant boogers off the tire in question for me on his own accord without an appointment (it was slow in the shop at the time; please don't expect this level of service from anyone, especially if the shop is slammed)."

"I wasn't really impressed with this bike shop. I walked in to demo a specific e-bike, but they could hardly be bothered to "pitch" it to me. Sucks for them because they probably would have made an easy sale that day. They charge $100 to assemble bikes ordered online which is not ideal; other shops will do this for free. Also, it was interesting that the employee I spoke with rudely made a point to correct me on the pronunciation of a brand's name, but the same employee was not aware of the obvious difference between a cadence sensor and a torque sensor."

"A lovely bike shop. I usually do my own maintenance but had a spoke break and didn't want to wait for one to be shipped. The service was fast I had my wheel with all spokes and tried in less than an hour. The price was pretty standard, not the cheapest or the most expensive. I went on a ride the next day without issue."
