"Lie to get extra money. I was sold the extra warranty plan with my glasses. I was told if they break, scratch whatever. Even if i just want a new pair in a year to come back and pay 40$ and you are out the door. Now it is time to trade them in and i am told that anything over the 200$ mark i have pay the extra plus the 40$. The glasses were $250 when i bought them so obviously they are more than the $200 mark. I already paid the extra charge for the plan. Now I have to pay another $90 to get the replacement ?!?!? What a scam and a bunch of liers! Will never go back !!!"
