"I had the best experience ordering a snowboard from them! It turns out the co-founder lady was taking care of the order! - REI stocks Niche but you will find better deals on the Niche website. She really cared for my happiness. I made so many errors during the online ordering process (e.g. selecting wrong shipping method, having inconsistent addresses, and ordering women's board instead of men's) but she fixed everything so promptly when I called. She even found a way to reduce the shipping cost. It was just the best purchasing experience of my life. I knew the quality of these boards is undisputable but I didn't know their customer service is also undisputable. They really cared for the rider's happiness.
