Josh went out of his way to bring in bows from other locations to give me the opportunity to try out a variety of options to find what was best for me. He also took the time to talk me through the pros and cons of each. He didn't just try to make money off me because I asked questions about bows he didn't even sell and he was happy to help me decide if they would be a good option and where I could try them as well. Once I finally decided on the bow I wanted and went back, it was out of stock but we were able to get it ordered quickly. Even though it arrived on a day that they were slammed and short-staffed, the owner went out of his way to make sure it was set up for me by the next day! When I went to pick it up, the owner spent a good deal of time making sure everything was perfect. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great (and needed) pointers with my technique. "I've been taking my bows here for a few years now. They do excellent work, have an imppressive stock of archery equipment and have reasonable turnaround times. If you are one of those guys that wait until a few weeks before opening weekend to have your bow tuned and get arrows built and then get upset at the longer turnaround time, you are the one being unreasonable. Josh has been getting my bow to where it needs to be so I'm going into the season with the utmost confidence in my equipment and I can focus on all of the other variables of the hunting season.
