"Force turbo has a good name and great feedback for most customers, but for me it was a very bad experience. I have a new 2022 kawasaki KRX 1000 that I purchased the Force Turbo kit for and it was the worst thing I could ever had got for my sxs. First off the instructions for install were horrible, but I managed to get it installed myself on day one. After day one i went back and forth with Bryce for weeks trying to get the tune correct and he was never able to get it right. I was tired of the back and forth so I took my sxs to a local shop to let them deal with it and they had it for over 1 month. Once I got it back it still wasn't working right so I sent it back and 3 weeks later the gave it back to me. At this point it still was running really rich and backfiring and fouling plugs so I took it back, told them to just remove the turbo and put it back stock, the shop said to allow them to contact Force turbo to see about a refund since it was never able to run correctly. The shop contacted force turbo and they said they would not take it back and refund but they would fly someone out to fix the problem. it has now been 1 month and never did they fly someone out or returned any emails or phone calls back to us. At this point I'm just having it removed and a waist of $4500 plus all the money I have paid the shop for there efforts. If I was able to give 0 stars I would do so."

"Force Turbo's is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond all my expectations. Their customer service is the benchmark of what all companies should aspire to. I will forever be grateful for Bryce and his help. He has a customer for life! A little background about situation. At the first part of 2020 purchased a used 2014 RZR XP 1000 with an aftermarket turbo kit on it. This was the first RZR I have owned and was very ignorant to what might be involved with owning and maintaining a RZR. Before purchasing the RZR I called the local company that made and installed the turbo on the machine to make sure I knew what I was getting into, they told me that since Polaris started doing OEM turbo's that the market for aftermarket turbo's for RZR's slowed and they quit making turbo's but assured me that they could get me anything I needed if something were to happen to it. Because of this and them being only about 30 minutes from where I lived, I purchased the RZR. Fast forward a few months after purchasing it I found out that the RZR experienced a very spiritic idle only after you drove it for more than 30 minutes. something you would never know before purchasing. After contacting the original aftermarket Turbo manufacture, they said it was most likely tune related. They initially tried to help but ultimately ended not being able to help me. I tried finding anyone else that could help me. I called about everyone RZR repair shop I could find from a google search and less than half even answered phones or returned calls. The ones that did answered said they wouldn't work on anything with an aftermarket turbo on it. I finally had dyno shop tell me they would tune it for me on their dyno. After they tuned it ran worse than it did before, so I just went back to the original tune. At this point I thought I would just have to live an idle that went from 1,700 to 2,200 rpm all by itself. It didn't seem like anyone exited that could help me. That is until someone recommended to me that I call Force Turbos, I hadn't called them in the past because everyone else wouldn't touch a turbo they didn't design, not that I blame them. So, I thought this would be the same for Force Turbos. I'm grateful I called. I spoke with Bryce, the owner and he spoke with me for about 30 min. he was so knowledgeable, he not only knew his stuff, but he was willing to take his time and help me out. He gave me several suggestions on how to fix the issue I was having. He also returned every one of my calls. Eventual he ended up changing the tune on the RZR and it has never run better. It fixed all the issues I was having and runs better than when I purchased it. You can't beat the knowledge and customer service that you get from Force Turbos, He and his company are the best! Thank you, I am so grateful for all you time and help figuring out my RZR!"

"Bryce and the team at Force Turbos have been Amazing. We purchased the Turbo system for my 2021 Polaris General XP4 1000 Deluxe on 15 Nov 2021 and he was able to build it and send it to us within 2 weeks as promised. The team has an Absolutely beautiful product that they are selling that is very much worth the money. They can fit just about any NA POLARIS SxS with a Turbo system. I highly recommend purchasing your Turbo system from them. I had a few challenges during the install and Bryce and his team were very fast to respond and made me feel like I was there only customer. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. They also made me a special tune that came with the package I bought and the team has been helping me dial in the base tune (this is not a common build).
