"Went into the store and no one was there, the lights were off and I stood in the middle of the store for 5 minutes calling out and no one came. The front door was left unlocked with no one there, very easily could have stolen something."

"Came to add a review and found that everyone else is having the same issue. Why is it even possible that they can leave the store locked for several hours with a note? I have tried to come here several times since it’s right next to the gym and it’s been a waste of my time every single time. I wish it was possible to give zero stars and I hope the owners will do something about this atrocity soon."

"I stopped by with my kids to grab a sports drink before Karate class and the door was unlocked and the lights were on, but there was nobody attending the counter. We walked to the back and shouted "Hello" and looked around, nobody was there. We left cash on the counter for the drinks and left. We could have walked out with a lot more. Whoever owns this store needs to seriously pay a bit more attention to what's going on here. They're setting themselves up to lose a lot of money."

"For some reason the employees always leave this note up and are never there afterwards. I took this at 5:20 and never got inside. I really hope GNC isn’t paying their employees to not work. Terrible."

"Made an order online and got a notification it was ready to be picked up. I came to the store at 5:30 to find it closed. The sign on the door says it’s opened until 7:00. Why advertise open hours and tell me it’s ready when the lights aren’t even on? Edit: I called the following day and they’re unable to update their hours on google. They’re open until 4 PM Monday-Saturday. I would change my rating if I didn’t show up at 3:30 to find them closed down again. Purely frustrating."
