"I went into this establishment looking to get a few food items and look at their clothing. I was looking for the prices of a couple of things on the clearance rack, and having a bit of difficulty finding any clearance price tags. It was taking me longer than expected, and somehow this made me a target to be profiled. The monitor for the camera kept zooming in on me even though I wasn't doing anything wrong! The two employees there seemed to be sort of following me around the store, but couldn't be bothered to just talk to me. One of them kept eyeballing my inner coat pocket and kept asking what I needed help finding. I felt like they were attempting to rush me out of there in a passive-aggressive (and wholly unnecessary) manner. I was not the only person in the store, but the only one being oddly harassed. My coat pockets were being utilized in the place of a purse, as I didn't have one that day. I had my phone, a Hotspot, and a power block thingy because I didn't want my phone to die while I was shopping. My coat was open, and I wasn't hiding anything. By the time I was going to the check stand to PAY for ALL the items in my basket, with nothing up my sleeve, I felt like complete garbage about the added anxiety brought on by these overzealous employees. I had quite a few items to purchase and when I got up to the register, the very first thing I did was empty my pockets onto the counter just so they could see they were barking up the wrong tree! They treated me so much more like a loyal customer rather than a criminal after I did that! Either way, it ruined my experience, to say the least!"

"Depressing what happened tonight. I went around closing time to get some headphones that I needed and at first the guy was attentive and recommended some to me. Then the supposed manager arrived, who is a woman, and in a hurry and in a bad mood she said that she was going to close in ten minutes, determined not to receive any more sales, neither of them came to advise me. I didn't find what I was looking for and decided to leave without saying thanks and goodnight. No one answered me, I came back I repeated, and they didn't do it either. The woman with an angry face who did not turn to look at me was just waiting for me to walk out the door. Terrible attention and cordiality from both of them, but especially from the woman who is quite hostile. To be more precise, people who closed the store on January 18, 2024. The employees are quite rude, they should be fired, they give a bad image to the store."

"Always a pleasure going here. The store is always stocked with what I need, clean well organized and friendly helpful employees. They are eager to assist you with any questions and they don't ignore you like half the cashiers in retail stores. I usually have to go there and pick something up almost daily and never have had a bad experience."

"This store is always a disaster. very unprofessional. And today my daughter was bouncing a ball not in a crazy way and the lady says no bouncing balls in the store! ummm excuse me when your store looks like a garbage can....what exactly is she going to mess up.????? Why don't you focus on cleaning your store instead of nagging at a kid bouncing a ball."

"3yrs ago I gave this store a 4star rating. Now it’s 2020 and the only reason I’m giving this store 1 star is because the cashier was friendly. This has got to be the messiest FD store in all of America. It reminds me of a teenage boys room. There is no organization & it looks like the manager has completely given up on trying to make it at least decent. These pictures give you just a little bit of how frustrating you will feel when looking for what you need. Shelves are a complete mess and hardly stocked. And the aisles that do have items - (like the clothing aisle) reminds me of an episode of hoarders. I gave up and left to find what I need at the store on 35th and 48th south. That store has it together. This store needs to have everything taken out (just like on hoarders) and placed back in neatly."
