"I found an nba shorts for a good price. So many items on their inventory on a Black Friday. They only have 2 cashiers open so lineup is backed up. We been standing on que for 20 minutes and we are halfway there at the moment."

"Sadly this location continues to decline. The whole mall does actually. Not much in actual quality items here. Messy, unkempt etc. Not entirely the workers fault. They seem to be either overwhelmed, or lacking leadership, or in some cases one drugs. The typical clientel that come to this location are disrespectful, and care more about stealing items, breaking into cars, and causing problems. They just drop products on the floor and move on down the aisle. Clothing and shoes are not ijnthe correct locations, so finding the proper size is difficult. Sad to see the west side continue to decline."

"Loss Prevention was not sure the store had table top lamps. I found 1 that suited my wants and needs. I don't believe it was a discount bargain. It works just fine. Check out was a breeze! Stop in for your next value hunt."

"This is literally the nastiest store i have been into for a very long time. There were clothes and shoes all over the place not to mention trash like wraping papers and other random garbage on the floors and stuffed in other products such as purses and in between the clothing on the racks. It is pretty sad when second hand stores like Savers and Deseret Industries is cleaner than an actual retail store. The service was very slow, the line to pay was so backed up it wasnt really even moving, will not go back to this or any other Ross again. I recommend going to JC Pennys or Macy's at least those stores are clean and are comfortable to be in."

"I frequently shop at discount stores, but ROSS is my least favorite and this store is one of the worst. One the bright side, it's a huge location so compared to other ROSS stores this one theoretically has a better selection. In practicality, most ROSS stores have very low quality merchandise. Shopping here makes WalMart attractive. The shelves are in disarray, the selection, while vast, is consistently junky, and everything is really messy. Also, the lines here are ALWAYS really really long, which is a function of the staff, not the crowds. I recommend almost any other discount store including Walmart, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls, before coming here."
