Not only did the gentleman working behind the counter help me figure out why the online option was causing me issues, he also found a way to get me what I needed that saved me a considerable amount of money. I was advised that I may not get my copies until 6pm the following day but they were actually complete that same evening allowing me to get my order much earlier. I really appreciated the help and I'm so happy with how everything turned out!"
