"Good selection of board games, prices were retail as expected. The customer service was garbage. We waited forever to buy a single game, ended up not even really being recognized at the register so we put the game back and left. I’d give this place no stars if I could. Better off going to Game Grid just down the road."
"Held a regionals which was supposed to support 200+ players. They capped out at 140 instead denying almost 100 players. 0 organization. 0 competence. It was awesome spending over an hour driving, arriving 20 minutes early, losing $30 in gas just to be told to go home."
"Sign says they open at 2pm. Got here at 2 and it was still closed w/lights off. Employee showed up 5 mins after walked in, re locked the door and proceeded to open the store. Once it was open, went in asked if they had a game in stock, employee was upset that I was even there that early. And told me to go home and check the website instead of answering my question. Will not be coming back."
"I drove all the way from salt lake to this store with my daughter. We had checked the website and called the store to make sure it was open. Right when we got there the 1 employee working said he wanted to drop off a package and was closing the store only an hour after open. Super rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t advertise this store to anyone. Complete waste of my time and money."
