"Having no luck finding the bike I wanted from any of the local dealers in my area I searched online. Two Hoosiers Cyclery had the model I wanted in the size I wanted, and at the best price I could find. Three and a half hours after placing my order, the bike is set up for my weight, packaged and shipped with tracking number supplied. Five days later(weekend included) UPS delivered to my doorstep. The bike was packed and boxed better than I have ever seen before. A few extra's were included in the box to help with the build. I spent an hour unpacking and building my new bike, checking fasteners and the shifter tuning and such. No issues and I am pleased with every aspect of this purchase. I will be checking these folks out when I need to make my next purchase. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. "I wish I lived local to this bike shop. I had concerns buying a $3k bike from a shop across the country that I didn’t know. But with supply chain issues, living on the east coast and wanting a specific model/size bike…I had to search all over the country for a shop that had it in stock and would ship to me. I came across Two Hoosiers Cyclery…and glad I did. There were some issues with the bike they first assembled and unfortunately had some damage during shipping…which were some of my concerns. BUT throughout the whole process their communication was top notch and did whatever they could to give me the best product possible. These are some honest, hard working, standup guys and can’t say enough about their customer service. I wish I was local…and would be the only bike shop I’d deal with and trust. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again. Update 4/30/22: My first experience was so good I sought after them for the purchase of my daughters bike. To no surprise it went by just as smooth if not better. Quick to answer any questions, bike was shipped out faster than I expected and received in perfect condition.
