"Biggest waste of money. Spent close to $300 on a pair of steel toe work boots and the tread was completely worn out, and started peeling away from the boot after barely 5 months of working in them. After calling the store they said there was nothing they could do because they just classify it as regular wear wand tear. I bought. Brunt work boots online for half the price and they've held up better with more than double the amount of time spent in them. These boots might be good if you use them once a week to go grocery shopping in but I do not recommend buying them to work in."

"I was looking for a lower profile, waterproof hiking style boot with a BOA system and had seen the "Apex" on ads and thought I would go try it out since I have a pair of hunting boots with the BOA system that I loved. After going into the store I was surprised to see several boots and shoes with the BOA system on them so I ended up trying several on and went with the "Tradesmen BOA". I've been wearing them everyday since and I love them! So far they still have a long ways to go on breaking in but they are surprisingly comfortable for 12+ hours a day working, hiking, standing etc..."
