"So, I recently bought a CFmoto Cforce 600 Touring from this location. The reason I went there was because they had a good deal on a quality machine. However, the reason I upgraded and bought accessories was purely because of Kyle, my salesman. His no pressure approach was refreshing too day the least. His communication was honest and genuine. All to often you feels like sales folks are pushing the hard sell. That approach is a major turn off and I'm typically inclined to walk away. Kyle quickly picked up on my needs and worked with my personal criteria. That said, the woman, I forget her name, that did the final paperwork was a gem. She was so kind and willing to walk me through the details. She said she was new in the position but did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable. In the end, due to those two, I drove away with a great machine with coverage that I feel I can rely on. This was my first experience with this company and so far so good. However, the long-term review is what really matters. If anything goes sideways, out gets even better, I'll be sure to add a timestamped edit with relevant updates.
