"Would give zero if I could. We brought our scooter here a year ago to see what was wrong with it. We only heard from them once saying they thought it was the charger. My husband said to order the charger and let us know if that was it and when we can pick it up. We never heard back and kind of forgot about it. Well then they changed locations a couple times we went in and told them what happened and that we were looking for our scooter. Was told they would give our info to the manager and never heard from them this happened 3 times us going in to talk to someone and not getting anywhere. Then the manager finally called months later He said he don't know what happened but it looks like it was the motor on the scooter and they no longer have it. So they just got rid of it without telling us and who knows if that was Even true or they could have just kept it. Then the manager said he could give us his scooter to make up for ours with the situation. I said ya that would be great. Well we have planned over 10x to get it and he never brings it or don't respond. This place is horrible we will never go back again. Would be nice to get our money back for our scooter or another scooter since they supposedly don't have ours."

"STAY AWAY! This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with. Called to confirm they could fix my scooter, took it in and kid slapped a tag that would have fallen off if I didn’t secure it tightly. This is a $500 motorized scooter. After calling for 6 weeks to get a status with no return call I went in and what do you know…scooter was in the corner not touched. What a joke. Hopefully clown show businesses like this go under so good ones can flourish. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!"

"It's a really great store, they have a pretty wide selection of parts, high quality parts, prices are really not more expensive than online stores, they have budget full-scooters ranging from just $160 all the way to like $400. They basically have everything one needs for pro scooters. I've bought everything for my scooter there. Staff know what they're doing, usually scooter riders themselves, and are helpful and chill. I usually would recommend buying things online, but in store here is just as cheap."

"This is a fantastic place to go for a scooter or scooter accessories! I've been in here several times and it's always a good experience. They have a large store with a lot of complete scooters ready to go, and an impressive selection of decks, wheels, bars and components to make a custom scooter if you prefer. They have a lot of scooter parts to choose from if you want to swap out wheels or change your deck grip tape or handlebar grips. Everything they sell is high quality and they provide excellent customer service. It seems like they really enjoy what they do and want their customers to be happy!"
