Does not matter if you are a beginner or expert, this staff will treat you the same. Prices are great, selection awesome and if you don't want to buy, they rent A+ level equipment. If you are in Park City and want ANYTHING snowboard and ski, come here!"

"I've been to this location a couple times, and their customer service is great. Jake really knows his stuff and has been EXTREMELY helpful sorting me out with the right gear. Definitely visit this store for your skiing needs, dealing with Jake has been awesome!"

"If you’re planning on renting winter sports gear from here, call and triple check their opening time. My email to pick up skis said winter hours are 7:00am and my pickup time was 7:00 but when I got there at 7:00, the posted hours said 8:00. Waited around for 20 mins and nobody arrived so I left and ended up renting at the resort. Three of us were planning to rent there that morning and we planned our entire trip around picking up at 7:00. Frustrating but not earth shattering. What really frustrated me was when I called for a refund after being unable to pick up my rental gear, the man on the other end of the line was argumentative. I offered to forward my email from his shop to him as it clearly states 7:00am opening and pick up. He grumbled and said “yeah I see that. I need to fix that.” Long story short, I won’t be renting from here again. Just call and confirm store hours, don’t trust the emails posted hours."

"I spoke to 2 separate employees over the phone the night before AND the morning of to confirm that my skis could be mounted by a certain time. Both employees confirmed that they would yet failed to disclose that they would charge DOUBLE the rate in order to do so even though both times I asked what the price would be. I didn’t find out about the discrepancy until I went into the shop and altered my day in a significant way. I called them after leaving disappointed to make a last ditch effort - even offering beer for them to follow through - and letting them know this review was coming if not. They waited, consulted with management and here are unfortunately. Upper management might want to think about this."

"Great staff, super helpful. They are a little conservative with the ski gear they recommend, they tend to error on the side of beginner, which is great if you are, but I had to trade in my newbie skis and poles a day into our trip as we tackled more advanced slopes. Trading in for different gear was quick and easy."
